About EFT

EFT, which stands for Emotional Freedom Technique, is a quick non-invasive system of tapping on a set of acupunture points on the body while focusing on a particular issue. This tapping releases emotions held deep within our emotional body, which in turn removes emotional blocks and behavioural patterns.

Statements relating to the problem are made while tapping on the set accupunture points which quickly release trapped negative emotions from the mind and body. Negative limiting beliefs that are holding us back can be eliminated from our subconscious and replaced with positive beliefs which support our goals and ambitions.

Once learnt EFT is an amazing transformational tool which you can easily continue to apply on your own. However, working with a therapist has many benefits including helping to identify what the underlying issue is and providing motivation and support to get the desired results.
